During the workshop participants work on real world work related challenges they currently face in the workplace. They apply new skills to resolve problems in new ways. Participants return to the workplace with simple clearly defined action plans which will improve the business while deepening their skills.

The training is based on significant research and direct application and modification within organizations over the past 20 years. We leave the theory in the textbooks and focus on practical applications that work for the participants and the organization. In the leadership workshops the participants develop individual development plans to deepen their skills.
